ColdBox is wildly great.
To have a fullfilling day:
- Go download it.
- Print out the RSS sample application and the documentation (11x17)
- Sit is a very comfortable chair, with good light
- Crack open a Miller Light, and put C-SPAN radio on in the back ground
- Read the documentation
- Then another Miller (by now you might be scratching your head saying it cant be this good)
- Read the RSS source code
- Another Miller
- Maybe at this point you are jumping up and down, screaming at the top of you lungs "I think Im In Love", you read the line in the controller:

10. Read the rest and watch yourself say: wow, thats slick over and over again
His code is Awesome. His examples are pure, and correct.
If anyone is wanting to get a feel for OO, see some examples that really GET TO THE POINT, Mr. Manajo, has your line.

Migrated my security application. 30 min and TOTALLY FUN AND SUPER EASY! Those controllers are DA BOMB!!!!!!
Gonna use it this weekend! Making my buddies T-shirt shopping cart. If the code comes out good I'm gonna release it.
Why ColdBox TOTALLY TOTALLY TOTALLY ROCKS:
Built in object cache manager with a smoken dashboard, built in i18n internationalization, cfc controllers (yea!!! programmatic controllers!!!!), auto detection and configuration of application environment and context (production vs development). Ohhhhhhhh my!
I think I'm in love.
Sample code is solid, if you know any of the BigThree ColdBox is a NO brainer.
Again the controllers are DA BOMB!!!! I LOVE THEM!!!!!
