ColdBox is wildly great.

To have a fullfilling day:

1. Go download it.
2. Print out the RSS sample application and the documentation (11x17)
   
3. Sit is a very comfortable chair, with good light
4. Crack open a Miller Light, and put C-SPAN radio on in the back ground
5. Read the documentation
6. Then another Miller (by now you might be scratching your head saying it cant be this good)
7. Read the RSS source code
8. Another Miller
9. Maybe at this point you are jumping up and down, screaming at the top of you lungs "I think Im In Love", you read the line in the controller:

        <cfset var obj = getPlugin("ioc").getBean("feedService")>

     10. Read the rest and watch yourself say: wow, thats slick over and over again

His code is Awesome. His examples are pure, and correct.
